What is HIGH-CAPACITY MICROPILE?
The high-capacity micropile method is a method of embedding reinforcing deformed rebars and high-strength steel pipes by incorporating the excavation technology and grout pressure injection technology used in the ground anchor method into the conventional micropile technology.This method provides piles with high yield strength and high bearing capacity.
This method is used for seismic retrofitting of existing pier foundations, foundation reinforcement of various structures, and foundation work on narrow lands.
Construction procedure
After drilling a hole using a small boring machine, build a pile consisting of high-strength steel pipes, rebar and grout.
